TRIP PRICE INCLUDES:
Round trip transportation by charter bus 4 Nights at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites International Drive (409) 535-4100 2 Day Starter Pass (one park per day) to the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios 2 Day Park to Park Pass to Universal Studios 4 Hot Breakfasts at Hotel Pizza will be offered each night after arriving at the hotel (4) $25 Meal Cards for each day at the parks - to be handed out upon entering the park Misc. Supplies
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
All band fees must be paid in full, before any money is applied to the Disney Trip October 1st: $500 deposit (refundable) if student cancels on or before November 30th. December 1st: $450 - $475 (non-refundable) It is important that the total payment is received by December 1st. Ticket purchases to the parks will be made immediately after this payment due date . To ensure your student has a ticket all money is due by December 1st.
PARENTS, IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS, AND FRIENDS (NON CHAPERONES)
Parents and immediate family members and friends of the LCM Band and Color Guard student may purchase a 2 Day Disney Starter Pass (one park per day) for $210 per person and a 2 Day Park to Park to Universal Studios for approximately $165. All tickets must be paid in full by December 1, 2023.
Non-Chaperones must provide their own transportation, meals, and hotel accommodations.
KEY POINTS:
This trip has been planned to cause minimal disruption to our student's school schedule
All trip costs AND band fees must be paid in full or the student will not be permitted to participate
Academic eligibility is not a requirement for this trip
Students with a discipline record will not be permitted to attend

Money is due in two payments and is NON-REFUNDABLE after December 1, 2022
Payments are based on an estimate of $950-$975 for the cost of the trip. Once a final headcount is determined, we can solidify the total costs
Prepayments must be made to the hotel and charter buses to guarantee the trip's itinerary and reservations. It is important that all payments are received per the payment schedule.
The music for the trip will be selected and rehearsed at the conclusion of marching season
Additional rehearsals for the trip will take place in the weeks prior to the event. These practices are MANDATORY FOR TRIP PARTICIPANTS
